SIICAL Laboratory
Temperature & Humidity Calibration
SIICAL is SII’s in-house calibration laboratory — operating in Singapore and serving pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life-sciences, electronics, and precision-manufacturing customers across the region. We calibrate temperature and humidity sensors, probes, transmitters, and data loggers to ISO-traceable standards, using primary reference instruments held and maintained on-site.
Our reference standards include Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers (SPRTs), the Fluke Super-Thermometer, the HP3458A multimeter, the Kambic KK-105 CH temperature chamber, the Humor 20 humidity calibrator, and the Thunder Scientific 2500 benchtop humidity generator. Every calibration is performed by trained SII engineers and delivered with a certificate suitable for audit.
Ellab
Thermal Validation Systems — Supplied, Commissioned, Calibrated
For pharmaceutical, biotech, medical-device, and food customers operating under GMP, SII supplies and services the two validation system families auditors recognise globally: Ellab (E-Val Pro, TrackSense Pro Mini and Micro, Sensor Array, Temperature and Humidity sensors).
Beyond supply, SII engineers commission, validate, and re-qualify these systems on-site, and our SIICAL laboratory provides the ongoing calibration that keeps them audit-ready. The single most important question for a validation manager is who calibrates the calibrator. In our case, we do.

Gas Detection — Designed, Installed, Calibrated, Serviced
SII designs and installs fixed gas-detection systems across pharmaceutical clean utilities, semiconductor fabs, beverage and hospitality facilities, healthcare and education environments, and engineering and facilities-management contracts. We work with IGD (International Gas Detectors) for industrial-grade flammable, toxic and VOC monitoring; LogiCO2 for CO2 safety; and Dynament for infrared sensor technology.
Installation is only the beginning. Gas detectors that aren’t bump-tested and calibrated lapse silently — and the first time you find out is the day they should have triggered. SII operates a recurring bump-test and calibration programme that keeps every installed sensor working when it is needed.
